Cevre High School MUN Club represented our school at Harvard MUN Conference, USA successfully. Dila Koşar, Ege Büyükavcı, Ece Sevenay, Ece Manav, Zeynep Güngör, İpek Samsa, Nezihi Can Berkkam, Mert Akyürekli, Beyza Nur Bostan from 10th grade; Alinda Ağa, Alp Ongun, Mert Mollaahmetoğlu, Caner Yılmaz, Ata Akatay, Nazlı Mirasoğlu, Ayşima Taş, Bora Hacıoğlu, Beyza Deniz, and Bige Ekemen from 11th grade under the supervision of their English teachers Çiğdem Çağlayan and Türkan Kaya, attended the Model United Nations Conference organized by one of the most prestigious universities, Harvard University between January 28th -31st January. The conference hosted more than 3000 students from more than 300 schools and 36 different countries from around the world. Our students shone with their background information and English level in different committees discussing the current affairs in politics, economics and social affairs and proposing solutions. Visiting Boston and New York after the conference, our students came back to Turkey having had the most memorable experience of their lives.
