Our Design Club Students in Community Service Project

Our 7th grade Design Club students adopted the main idea of Montessori pedagogy “Help me to do it myself, give me a chance.” Using the materials they had found at home, they designed and created accessories, scarves, decorations and then they sold them to all the members of the Çevre College community at the New Year Event on December 27-30-31, 2019.

With the support of the School Council, the club members donated their income to “Girls Should Go to School” campaign. Together with enjoying their participation in this project, the students also felt extremely proud and happy. With the slogan of “Let Our Gifts Bring Hope, Girls Should Go to School ” they got a significant income.

As Çevre College teachers and students, we will continue to take part voluntarily in community service activities.
