High School Farming Team Plants Winter Vegetables

As Çevre High School, we aim to provide students with the skills they can use in social life and to raise awareness on this issue- apart from developing them in terms of academic achievments, sports, and culture.

The High School Farming Team, which has been initiated for this reason, aims to create lands for students in order to live in harmony with nature and the environment and touch the earth.

We grow vegetables and fruits in the green garden of our school with the view to creating awareness about sustainable agriculture which does not harm human health.

We have completed planting some winter vegetables like collard, lettuce, garlic, onions and red cabbage in the farming team planting area in our school’s green garden.
