SWIMMING
Swimming is a life time sport that benefits the body and the whole person. Our aim is to teach students how to swim, improve their swimming techniques and support their physical development in a clean, healthy environment. Swimming builds muscle strength and endurance. The coordination of arm, foot, breath is very important.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics has been shown to greatly help improve confidence levels in children particularly. In the gymnastic lessons, students learn to control their bodies by working together with the muscular and skeletal system.
